Sunday- the beginning of week 8

I have made it another couple of weeks, exercising on a regular basis and making healthy food choices. I have had pizza, the thin and crispy crust version, and enjoyed and I went out with my husband for Greek and we split an entree and it certainly was enough for both of us but still in the correct range of calories. Changing your lifestyle really takes a lot of work and a lot of thought. Exercising does take quite a bit of time, but it is time I would have spent in front of the computer so instead I am burning calories. I feel much better, more energy to get thru the day. I use to be so exhausted a couple of years ago due to way to much stress in my life and I would be in bed by 630p in the evening. Now days at 630p I am either down in my gym or thinking it is time to get started with a walk or the elliptical. My husband teases me that sparkpeople is an addiction, which to some degree it is because you have to be addicted to feeling better and wanting to make a change because it is easier to sit around and wish for it than to get up and exercise. I will say it again, I LOVE the sparkpeople website and I tell everyone I can about this great place that is free and so much support. Way to go sparkpeople!!
