I know it's just one day...but how can I track everything - be at 1400 calories for the day, done more than an hour and a half of cardio (sweaty, breathing hard cardio) and be up one more pound this morning? I can hear you all now...it's water, it's a random fluctuation and why are you weighing yourself every day, girl?
I get it.
But I want to see that number move in the other direction - just once.
OK, so new goal. No scale reading until next Thursday morning. There. It's out in the universe. No cheating on myself. I will stay the course (saying this to my inner Pirate Chica Ninja now) when it comes to the food and the exercise and I will NOT, repeat NOT, weigh myself until a week from today. Enough!
