Gym membership

The first of august - and I started that gym membership that is paid by autogiro every month and as I am sixty this year it is at a very reduced price - whohooo!

Yesterday I walked round the machines with an instructor who showed me - and as usual I found I really love the machines that train back and shoulders - it is such a wonderful feeling to have those muscles strechted... today I am a little sore in some places but I was a lot stronger than I had anticipated as it was long ago I did any planned strenght training and I stopped riding two years ago...

I filled in that I planned to do ST three times a week, I think that is a little bit too optimistic, two times is more realistic but I´ll start with this plan and we´ll see.

AND I managed to make a CD with the msic I will use in an act at the end of august and today I am covering a raw food festival for an article and I will pass the theater on my way back and will rehearse what I got so far with our creative leader to get opinions

I also spend 500 skr yesterday for magical trick equipment - pure fun! It will arrive in a couple of days... can´t wait!

    Sure, it is fine to plan for three days and see how it goes....

    Wow, Meddy, you are doing great! I love the projected gym strength-training - and to me, there's nothing wrong with planning on three days / week and seeing how it goes. You can always adjust the schedule if you find it doesn't work very well for you.
