Had a great leg workout this am along with 40 minutes of cardio which I split between the treadmill and the stationary bike. Jumped on the scale and I am just over 3 lbs away from goal. Those 3 lbs are going to be hard to lose .... I think I an accomplish that by 21 or be pretty darn close :) Clean eating and manipulating my calories and macros will be the way to go.
