The month of July

I'm so excited with my progress for July!! 4 1/2 pounds gone! 4 3/4 inches gone!
Consistency, hard work, and determination have paid off for me in July. Oh trust me there were days when I really did not want to get out of bed at 6 or 6:30 in the morning to do my work out. I wanted to say "eh, the heck with my workout today" but that would only start a snowball-rolling-down-a-mounta
in chain reaction. Then it would happen again the next day, and then the next. I've done it before and it would be so, so easy to go down that way again. Well, not this time!
My tracking is better than what it was in the month of June. I'm better at tracking what I eat on the weekends. That's good for me! Now if I could increase my water intake, I really struggle with that.
On to August!! Bring it on, I look forward to it! :)

    Drinking diet soda is something I need to work more on. I used to drink a lot of it everyday! I cut it back to a 20 oz bottle everyday. That's still not good for me. But today I haven't gone to the store or gas station to get one and I'm on my 3rd bottle of water.

    Very exciting to read about your progress! Everyone gets that moment when you just can't get fired up before a workout. Then after you've finished, you feel sooo good! Embrace it!

    I always talk to others about drinking 64 oz of H2O minimum a day! It takes time to get used to it. I started by always having a glass at breakfast...even after my coffee. (It's just one vice!) Then I started drinking Costco Vita-Rain water. That became a habit at every meal. I also started getting Walmart's zero calorie drink mix. Slowly, I kicked the diet soda habit which is good ONLY if you need something to really clear your toilet!
