A New Look! For a New Start!

So, I updated my SP to give it a much fresher, lighter feel. It's summer time don't ya know?! The lighter & airier the better I think. Having done that, I know I haven't been posting much, but life has been a little difficult lately. I have fallen off a bit & gained weight back.. UGH! But still under my starting weight, which I am thankful for.

Updates on me, I am still on my track to get in a lifestyle change.. It's been a while that I've been working on that. BUT! I've got some positive results recently. I've gotten into the habit of going to bed MUCH earlier than I had been.. What does that mean? The old me: up until 5, 6, 7am.. Now.. In bed by 11pm-ish, my son who used to stay up until 1 or 2am.. { 3.5 yrs old } now in bed by 8pm most nights! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Now for the kicker.. Instead of being up at 12:30pm or 1:30pm..

9am is my average.. lately it's been 8:30 - 8:45am!!

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

It is rapidly approaching my bedtime!

Also, been doing daily exercises, following my Daily Challenges, doing my Photo -a day- July challenge too. Still looking into getting a schedule/routine down to make every day life easier. Have a few books & calendars that I am trying to use more frequently. Still looking to develop a menu plan.. { SUPREMELY slow going, I think until I get the routine portion down, the menu will have to wait. }

    This is great going news and getting up earlier is no easy task for late sleepers like us.
    I now average about 9am myself instead of 12-2pm. This is due to my CNA training some mornings I had to get up at 4:30am and went to bed at at like 1-2am. It's so god to see little man has a schedule. I had to do the same with my son around 8pm we started a bed routine for him in bed by 8:30pm. It was great for his pre-school kindergarten times.
    It still has stuck to him he goes to bed now a Senior in high school at close to 9pm.
