ALL WENT WELL, MY BLOOD LEVELS ARE RIGHT NOT TO THICK OR THIN.
I HAD LOST 2 LBS.
I WAS HOPING FOR MORE. DOCTOR SAID I MAY BE LOOSING INCHES INSTEAD OF LBS RIGHT NOW.
I WILL STILL WORK HARD AT IT. I DID GET SCOLDED FOR TRYING TO WALK TO MUCH.(I KEEP A WHAT I DONE EXERCISE/STEP WISE IN A DAY ON THE COMPUTER)

LEFT LEG THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PROBLEM HAD A RASH & WAS A BIT PAINFUL.
FROM ABUSING IT. i HAVE A PILL & A CREAM FOR IT WE WILL SEE.
I WAS SENT HOME TO BEHAVE CUT MY STEPS BACK DOWN. RE DONE MY WATER PILLS HAVE TO WATCH FOR SOME REASON MY SYSTEM CREATES LOTS OF FLUID.



ALL MY OTHER EXERCISING WAS FINE. JUST BE SURE TO EAT THOSE MEALS DON'T SKIP OR SCRIMP ON MY MEALS MAKE THEM BALANCE BE SURE TO HAVE A HEALTHY FAT PROTEIN AND MY ALLOWABLE VEGETABLES. SO MANY OF MY FAVORITE ONE MESS WITH MY BLOOD THINNER SO I CAN'T HAVE THEM OFTEN JUST ONCE IN A WHILE.
