Ever just have one of those weeks?

So it is now the end of July and I have been chugging on since January of this year, yay! Total pounds lost, somewhere around 19/20 and I feel great. Just how do you stay motivated for a year though? I would like to lose another 10lbs and this week and last week I find that I am having the hardest time staying motivated enough to keep going.
I would like to say it's because I'm pretty happy at this size and weight, but that is just not the case. I managed to get into a 10 so far, but my goal is an 8. On top of that we are going on our first family vacation in January and I want to look and feel fantastic, not just so so. Anyone care to send me some good get off your butt and get motivated vibes?

    Wow! Thanks everyone for the positive remarks and motivation! Your all right of course, 10lbs is nothing compared to how far I have come so far. I just need to keep trucking and trust that the rest will follow if I just stay vigilant. Big emoticon to my brothers and sisters of the scale battles.

    I agree with TMCK-40, it's great you feel "good" and that you've made it this far. I found losing the first 20 lbs was awesome and it's such a struggle to keep pushing. 10 lbs is nothing!! You can totally do that! The only one who can kick your own butt is you!! So get kicking SISTA! You'll feel amazing for pushing through! emoticon

    Try to find a friend to workout with to make it more fun! I lost about the same and then lost some motivation.. gained back 8. Trust me once you start gaining weight back you'll feel terrible that you weren't motivated after loosing so much! Twenty lbs. is a huge accomplishment keep going your so close to your goal! emoticon

    emoticon if you feel good now imagine how "GREAT" your going to feel with dropping to a size eight. You will feel great for two reasons, of course the weight is gone, but also you made your goal. So get off your fanny and keep motivated. You can do this your worth it. +++++++++++++++++ positive vibes for motivation. emoticon cheering for you!!!! emoticon Judy

    Ok so you feel good at this weight. Can you imagine the feeling you will get at your goal? Think and visualize that one.. You can do this.
