Still chugging along...

I am so frustrated with myself. I have a few good days and then a lot of bad days. I go up a few pounds and down a few pounds. Right now, I am back up again. I really wish I could just stick to something.

We are leaving to go away next week and I don't want to set myself up for failure. I am going to set a few small goals for this week and hopefully get back into the swing of things.

1. Drink water. Tons of it.

2. Track everything.

3. No mindless eating.

Here we go...

    You can do it! I struggle with the same problem - do well for a while & then it goes downhill for a couple of days.
    Have fun on your vacation! We just got back from ours a few days ago. One thing that I did that was helpful - brought a small notebook to wirte down what I was eating when I couldn't be near the computer. It helped to see it in writing and made me less apt to eat mindlessly!
