Really Aggravated! GRRRR!!!

I am so frustrated! I got on the scale today and was up 2 pounds! I don't even understand how that happened! I have been working out consistently and kept track of my food intake. I am not certain where I went wrong. I want to tell myself that it's probably just muscle gain since I've added strength training to my fitness plan. But, I feel like that's not even valid. UGH!!! I just don't know.
What I do know is that I can't give up! I do know that this will come off because I will remain consistent and continue to work out. I will continue to log my food. I will not give up.
