I started this yesterday. I have to admit, I was so sore today I did NOT want to get up and work out. I'm pretty sure Jillian Michaels is not human. Least to say, I did get up finally and worked out. My arms are killing me, my legs burn, but I know it's all for a good purpose! This is my way of getting back on track. I need to stick to a 30 day program, I'm determined. Eating is slowly getting back on track. I'm hoping to not be MIA anymore!
