Okay, so I don't understand this. I have been doing well on my eating and working out. Yesterday, I work out and am cleaning house and there is that little EVIL emoticon nagging call to chocolate. I have been working it into my 1200-1400 calories range daily but yesterday...I kept finding myself going back AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN for more! All the while saying to myself "alright dummy...WHY are you doing this...you don't want it...you don't need it.. emoticon but alas I ended up 25 calories over my max daily allowance and HALF of that being chocolate!! emoticon I thought about it all the while trying to understand why I am having to fight constantly against self sabotage. I mean I am honest enough with myself to understand the fears behind it for me but the stopping it is what KILLS me. I just don't know if I should comfort that inner child or kick the crap out of her. Anyhow, today is a new day and chocolate will NOT defeat me.

I'm OK during the day:Night is another story. I have to drive 45 miles off the hill on a windy road in order to get to a store.I check out the chocolate and convince myself I don't need it plus it is a waste of money. At night I kick my self for not buying at least one piece of candy.Lucky me,I'm not going to drive the 45 miles to town for the candy.By the way,if I buy Sees or another favorite ,I eat the whole box until it is gone.I have no self control over chocolate emoticon .

Chocolate is a bully! I buy stuff for grandkids and make sure it's the kind I don't like.................then end up eating it! AAGGHHHH

Have a piece of chocolate then tell the 2yr old that's all she gets until tomorrow! emoticon

Be more stronger to handle chocolate temptation! For me, I can take little bits or small squares per day, I don't completely deprived myself as the longer I hold myself, the higher my craving and I will end up binging too much! And I use my strength/weakness - a Hoarder! So I tend to keep my chocolate as long as possible without eating and which is why I eat small portions, hehe.

Play up your strength, trick your mind and body so that you can beat chocolate temptation!
