Gaining weight while on a diet?

I finally got under 150 and I just gained 2 lbs I couldn't believe the scale at all. I've been keeping track of what I'm eating and excercising. I consume between 1,300-1,500 calories a day and i work out until i burn off 700 calories. What could i be doing wrong? Please help.

    I fluctuate up when I'm approaching ovulation or menstruation. Sorry for the TMI, but also if I realize that I'm constipated. You could have also built up enough muscle that it effected your weight loss on the scale. In that case, it's important to remember that the scale is only one way of measuring success. How's your energy, measurements? In the past, when I would start a new diet, I would also exercise and I'd end up gaining weight first, because I was building some muscle. Then the weight came off.

    There are high weight days and low weight days. Fluctuation. Fridays are a high fluctuation day for me and Saturdays a low fluctuation. Go figure. emoticon
