I'm currently making plans for between the BLC challenges :) I'm just getting settled into my new apartment and have a beautiful area to walk or bike in and many parks nearby. I also have a nice fitness center.
My plans are:
1. Plan meals on Sunday and do grocery shopping (or if I'm gone that weekend, on Monday)
2. Make a workout plan and STICK TO IT. I want to try and get at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days per week.
3. Ride Kore at least 4 days a week (I'm going to probably have his trainer ride him one day a week as well)
4. Try and get the BF involved now that we live closer to each other with walks and such.
My different workouts I want to do:
30 Day Shred
Fitness Center machines-especially elliptical
Food wise my big meal plan this week is balsamic chicken. I'm only going to be here for dinner through Thursday. I'm making brown rice with it and then I have lots of fresh veggies. I got lettuce and veggies for lunches this week.
Also, I plan to try and do at least two hours worth of work for my classes each day, whether it be reading, lesson planning, etc...
