Day 1 Week 1 Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge

I am so proud of myself for my weight loss. I feel and look great. I have about 6 pounds to lose to goal. I know to stay at goal I have to tame my sweet tooth. So, day 1 of week 1 of the challenge: breakfast- Special K Protein with strawberries and no sweetener. I can do this!
Day 1 of Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge went well. I realized I craved sweets when I was stressed. In the evening, I read, got some things ready for work and made out menus for the next two weeks. Keeping busy and drinking water helped. There were no cravings last night.
