I have noticed that if I don´t get going with some exercise at opnce in the morning, I tend to postpone it all day and end up not doing it at all... This morning was no exception - I woke up too late and really felt that I was in great danger of just taking doggy for a short walk and then everything would be lazy... so I took him biking which is also interesting - I have a diversity of rounds to go, the shortest is about 20 minutes and lets doggy off the leash in the woods. A longer lets him of the leash for the first 1,5 kilometres which is very good because he has times to do his things then...it is a little awkward when he comes to a stop on the leash, I have to be very observant to stop the bike with him... but this day I started on a round that will take about an hour. Dark clouds and a lot of wind and at the start I hesitated and thought that I could still change my mind and chose some other options along that road. After one kilometer I trun on a road where there are no more options - it is the full round or turning back (which is always too boring) After about 6 kilometres we come to a gravel road where he can run free for a while, there is rarely any traffic on it. But after one kilometres on that road - I spotted a lot of chanterellse by the side of the road, paused my runkeeper and picked chanterelles - one positive side of all that rain!. While doing that some girls on horses came walking, I had to put doggy on the leash for a while there. Two other stops for picking chanterelles along that gravel road, than we were back on the asphalt again and close to home.

Two litres of chanterelles and a lot of exercise - and a happy dog! Not bad! Daughter is practisibng to stabnd on her hands - going rather well!

Adding a picture of chanterelles - in Sweden you keep your chanterells places very secret!

Having a dog does make you get some exercise and I fully agree with needing it in the morning. I did 10 min this morning and that really isn't enough, but it still made me feel better. My legs are still sore from my workout two days ago, and I have another one later today after work. Now if I could just get my eating under control. I'm going to have to google chanterelles cause I've never heard of them.
