Calm before the storm...

Sitting outside enjoying the calmness .. it was looking like it was going to storm but it now looks like it passed.. Kind of makes me sad because it cooled off and its nice out now.. :)

So my legs now feel better.. i went for a half mile walk tonight instead of a whole mile.. my legs started to get tense again.. i dunno i made my gf walk slow tonight.. we even stopped to get my daughter ice cream.. i held my temptation instead i am eating a popsicle now lol..

I am WAITING for my new life planner.. i am going stir crazy waiting for this thing.. if you don't know what i am talking about google Erin Condren's life planner :)

Other than that i think i am going to tackle my daughter's bedroom and get that organized tomorrow.. while my daughter is in school then after she returns from school i think i am going to work on homework.. sounds like a plan to me lol.

as for the rest of today.. i ate alright.. i ate less than expected meaning my portions were smaller not normal sized.

:) i will fit in a beautiful wedding gown.. :)

    Great job adjusting your walk routine to something that doesn't hurt.

    You totally will be in that dress - maybe you can use that as a reminder when you're tempted - "I'm saying yes to the dress and no to this food choice"???

    I am so happy to hear that you have adjusted your walking training...sooner than you think, I know you will have extended that distance and while you do that your body will respond by getting you ready for that dream dress!
