exercise- you can do it!

I was only going to do 30 mins on the elliptical but when 30 mins came, I talked myself into another 15 and when I completed that, I told myself I could do another 15 mins and I DID!! It feels so good stretching out after such a great workout! It is definitely true that the worst part is starting, once you start, you can talk yourself into anything and keep on pushing yourself!
