July Goals & more

So this weekend has been crazy for me. I haven't been eating well and the last week in June, I didn't work hard at all. With all that being said, I ended up gaining 2.2lbs at the weight watchers meeting. :-( The scale at home said 1lb but that's cool. I wasn't super sad that it went that way.
So anywho, my goals for this month are:
- 1500 fitness minutes ( Exercise 5xs per week including Rockin Body 3Xs and ST 2xs)
- Drinks more than 64 oz of water everyday
- Nothing to eat after 9PM on Mon-Fri
-Try one Weight Watchers recipe per week
For those of you who don't know Rockin Body, it is a set of DVDs made by the choreograhper Shaun T. It is like cardio dancing. I did the first workout today. It has a little calendar so I am gonna try and stick with it.
I am hoping to keep all my goals. Wish me luck.
