The month of June

I got serious about my weight loss at the beginning of June. And by serious, I mean by joining back up to Sparkpeople. Before I would exercise and not track my food, then I would track my food but not exercise. Seemed I could never actually put them both into place. Finally I said enough is enough, I'm going back to something that I know will help. So the first Monday in June, I signed up. I've stayed 99% consistent with tracking what I eat, weekends seem to be troublesome and I need to work on that, and always track what I exercise. All that said, I've lost 1 pound and 7 inches in the month of June!! Who cares that I'm not the 166 that I was "supposed" to be by losing 2 pounds a week!? I'm 7 inches smaller and that to me is fantastic! Onward to July Sparkers!!
