Another day another dollar

Onward ho!! Really trying to pump myself up but its raining out so it takes a bit more effort :) i truly am not in a bad mood. I do need to try some of this Greek yogurt that is high in protein, I think it would be really good with some fresh or frozen fruit. My oldest daughter is a real health nut and she loves Greek yogurt, pretty sure she puts granola in it. I have no idea whether granola is really healthy or not so one of my must Google this things.

Does anyone have suggestions for how else I can get protein in my diet?? I know you get a lot of protein from meat and fish. I do eat fish quite often actually. I cook with meat for my family but honestly I pick it out of my food most of the time. Although sometimes lately I will crave a hamburger, maybe its because it is barbecue season or maybe I actually really, really need more protein in my diet. I am not a vegetarian, I really do believe we are supposed to eat meat. We are built for it, but reading about how we get our meat and thinking about where it actually comes from when I eat turns me off. I know I'm nuts emoticon

So tell me if you are reading this blog what do you put in your diet to get enough protein?? Do you eat meat?
