interval training part 2

I cannot believe it works that fast. Did 20 mins of high intensity swimming yesterday and have lost 2lbs. I was still sticking to my diet but I have been trying to lose that 2lbs for weeks. Here's to the next 2 lbs. Did 30 minutes ordinary swimming this morning and going to do another set of interval swimming later today.
