What I ran out of calories already??

Well tracking your calorie intake is somewhat enlightening. I also found that it kept me from eating a few things today. I decided not to have that ice cream for a snack as I would be over my calories for the day before supper. Although I just finished supper and I am over on calories. I'm supposed to have a few strawberry daquiris with my husband tonight so today is a total wash. I'm still not getting a good balance of protein. Should I be eating peanut butter? Wouldn't that increase my fat intake as well? I honestly did not realize how much fat was in my diet.
