The Popcorn Lost

Thursday, June 21, 2012

I am really proud of myself for resisting the popcorn last night. Thanks for the drink water tip, it did help and made me feel full. Once i realized why I wanted that popcorn, it was easier. I was lonely, and knew the popcorn would not help my situation.

Today I feel motivated to move!

Have a terrific day!

Way to go for thinking about the situation and making the decision to skip the popcorn. It is so easy to fall into the old habits especially when you are feeling lonely and depressed. You are awesome.

popcorn isn't the worst thing you can eat but when you add butter and other things then it gets to be bad. Obviously you don't want to eat a lot if it cause it doesn't really have any nutritional value but if you want some I recommend not using any kind that's in a microwave bag they add too much junk to it. just get plain popcorn and use a popper or a pot on the stove.

I am glad you were able to resist the urge though. That shows you have some will-power and it will keep getting easier to make good and healthy choices!

I air pop popcorn or get the microwave light. I onlyhave some once or twice a week. I figure its better than other "junk" foods.

    Have a great day!
