Sometimes I make very good choices other times I make little choices that are not so good. I know that really my downfall is not the big dinners that go along with holidays. It is the little things that I do day by day. Eating just a bit more when I think I am full. Eating just one treat here or there because I like it and I could make a better choice. There are small choices that I make that if I made better I would be moving faster towards goal.
So I as I realize this fact I am going to make my choices count and realize how I can be just a smidge stronger for better results. Just a bit more will get me there.
Remember the analogy of the pilot? One degree is not much to start out with but in the end it can get you several miles off course.
