5% Cats in Summer Challenge

My 5% Cats in Summer Challenge Pledge:
-- I will keep track of my mental health and not allow myself to spend too much time wallowing in the slough of despond.
-- I will get at least 30 minutes per day of cardio
-- I will do strength training circuit 3 times a week
--I will follow my Spark Plan diet
--I will track records of my nutrition and my exercise
-- I will try to support my team mates to the very best of my ability
-- I will be cheerful throughout plateaus
-- I will aim to lose 11 pounds (5%)
-- I will listen to classical music more often--it helps.
-- I will read both good books and good escapist books
-- I will ponder the challenges of aging
-- I will try not to get too nervous or neurotic or defensive about dealing with students.
