WW & Mini Goals

So last week at the WW meeting, the topic was dining out in your town. I learned how to combat some of the fears I may have when going out to eat. Research is always great before going out to eat somewhere. You can better calculate calories and meals without feeling overwhelmed.
One lady made a comment that her husband had stated to her saying "I want to weigh less than I did yesterday". I thought this was very appropriate when it comes to weigh loss goals and decision making. I am going start using this as my mantra because everyday I want to weigh less. No, I will not be on the scale everyday. I am going to make a conscience effort to remember this quote and keep it in the forefront of my mind.
Lastly, mini weekly goals were also discussed. I am going to start posting weekly goals for myself. From now on, I will be setting mini weekly goals and posting the results. I am hoping that those mini goals help me to reach my larger goals.
Mini Goals for This week
(1) Exercise 5 days this week
(2) Drink 96oz of water
(3) Get in all required veggies
(4) Hoping to see a 4lb loss
