It's always something; summer, fall, winter, spring....busy with other things. The only thing you have to do is decide: is there a better time to devote some time to a better me?
You're right about the fruits and veggies, but especially about the vegetables. A lot of fruits are still fairly high calorie because of the sugar content. We found it hard to get used to the huge vegetables portions. They weren't hard to cook or hard to eat, but a cup of most vegetables looks like a HUGE pile on a plate! LOL 3337 days ago
