Just started back on SP a couple weeks ago. Seems everytime I have some success, I sabotage myself and blow it. Now I'm back, heavier than I've ever been. I'm both excited and discouraged. Seems like I'll never get this right. I know I alone have the power to make it happen. I'm going to keep plugging along with my baby steps for now. I'm tracking calories, reading articles, racking up Sparkpoints, doing some exercises, and writing in a food journal. That's about it for now. Healthy eating hasn't really entered the picture yet. My focus is just on the calories at this point. It's so hard to change everything at once, but I'll get there.
