Just one month from today, on July 7th, my niece will marry. Here are my goals for the next month:
1: To try my hardest to get down to "one-derland". It seems like a manageable chunk of time on which to really focus.
2: To try to work out at least 60 minutes a day but aiming for closer to 120 minutes.
3: To focus on the best, most wholesome diet I can.
4: If I feel a compulsion to binge, just say no. If I cannot say no, I must peel and eat carrots only.
