it is Monday. It was rainy. I did could not walk this morning because no one was home to watch the 6 year old. Just a few more days until school is out and hubby's schedule does not matter.
I did a half an hour on the bike and then decided that I needed more water and would finish later. I never got to it. But, I got some house work done. I was really tired and fell asleep. I was going to crawl into bed. Then I remembered my team and the challenge. I did the 10 minute workout. I know that I will succeed this challenge because I am doing what I promised myself. Sometimes you need to do that even if you don't feel like it. It may be better done later. I would like to try it again when I am not feeling so tired. But, at least I did it and for today that is all I ask.
