hello, long time no blog...

To start things off I should say... yep, I lost my spark. I have been gone for way too long and gained way too much weight. It is killing me to do it but I am going to have to totally reset my wt loss ticker.

Now that I am done with confession its time for the blog part.

My fun all started on mother's day. I got up and baked a beautful pie to take to my bf's parents for our dinner. We had made it almost 2 miles from our house when a car decided to make an illegal left turn and we hit them head on. Most of my injuries were caused by the seat belt. Had I not been wearing it I would not have stayed in the car so I am not mad at the seat belt. What got me upset is how much I was thrown around the car with the belt on. You see, seat belts are tested with average weight people in mind. Sure they make sure that non average sized people are buckeld in but to cover my weight the way it would a girl at 150 lbs the belt would need to be at least double the width. My weight is the reason I have to deal with internal bruising of my heart and lungs. It is not the dumb guy who can't drive's fault. The blame is mine and mine only. Thankfully in 6-8 weeks the bruising should be gone and I will be totally back to normal other than a scar on my chest from the belt burn. I was luck this time.

Move forward to this weekend. Saturday my bf's brother came to town with one of his friends to run the hospital hill 13.1. Watching the runners made me cry. Not just a little teary I mean full out CRY. I may never be a runner but I don't want to be the chubby girl watching my healthy fit family memebers cross the finish line.

I AM BACK! I am not able to do the exercise part of being back till my chest pain is cleared up but I will be doing my best with the eating part and will hopefully be able to get back to walking.

Welcome back. Thank goodness you did not sustain worse injuries.. and I'm going to go ahead and blame the illegal left turn guy, not you, for your injuries.

Feel better and good luck getting back on track.
