Well, it has been a slow start, but I am finally getting two sessions of ST in a week. As for meditating, well that's been a bit more difficult. I knew that the whole time thing would be a barrier for me, but that won't stop me from trying. My hopes are that by the end of the month I will have been able to add one more ST session.

With that, I do need to get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather while there is a little weekend left.

    Woohoo to strength training!! I have a hard time with meditation or yoga. I've tried it and find myself drifting off to think of other things. So more power to you on that - I hope it works for you!

    Great job on the ST! As for meditating I have an app for my Kindle Fire (which you can also get for your phone) which has been helping me out A LOT in the meditating department. You can time your sessions, store different session lengths, keep track of progress and even get support from friends. It's called Insight Timer. I love it! Even if I can just get in 10 minutes it helps a lot! You should give it a whirl! I also find it helpful if I use meditation as part of my cool down after a work out! emoticon

    Hang in there. It is necessary to do this day-by-day. Pain in the neck, but that's how it is. . . . right!
