slacking but still losing?

I am on summer break from college right now and so i have been slacking a little bit. still active and trying to watch what i eat but i haven't been logging anything. I weighed myself this morning and i'm 224. Last time i weighed myself i was 228, so yay! I'.m going to try and stay on track as much as i can, but being a full time student i don't have much family time, so i have been trying to spend it with them. :) see ya
