2012: Week 22 SMART GOALS

OK so it has been about 14 weeks since I posted a SMART GOALS blog. You may be asking why I have decided to pick up the habit once again. Fact is, I have now decided to pursue aggressively the balance of my weight loss. I have maintained my weight between 155-165 for the past many months. I am now intent on losing the "other" thirty pounds. The goal is to reach 130 by December 25, 2012. To jump start the process I am participating in a "ten pounds by Independence Day" Challenge. As we know, to make it happen we have to be persistent and take deliberate steps towards the goal. So here I am again.

My current profile picture was taken yesterday evening at my nephew/Godson's wedding...here's wondering what changes I will see by Christmas?!?

emoticon NUTRITION (daily): track everything, consume 1250-1600 calories, drink 64+ ounces of water per day.

emoticonEXERCISE: Attend Total Toning Class (TU/TH) Attend Healthy Living Yoga (TU) Complete a minimum of 30 minutes Cardio (daily) complete at least one SP Strength training video (Daily)

emoticonMOTIVATION (daily): One Year Bible Reading and MUFHH Devotion.

emoticonSLEEP (daily): Get a minimum of seven hours sleep (continuous) per night

emoticon SPREAD THE SPARK (daily): Huddle with at least five teams, Florida Golf Challenge, Comment on at least two 1st Blogs, Welcome at least five new members a day, Connect with an average of twenty Spark Friends.

emoticonPROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Send interview Thank You notes, apply for at least five jobs.

emoticonJUST FOR FUN (daily): Spend at least two hours either reading, watching a television show I enjoy, taking a nap, playing on Facebook, or spending Quality Time with a friend live and in the flesh!
