Food Journaling

I am starting to get the hang of this weight loss life style.....and thats exactly what it is, a LIFESTYLE.

My number one struggle:
I highly dislike journaling my food intake, but I must admit that it was this journaling and "PREparing" of meals that helped to contribute to me losing almost 20 pounds over the past few months. Now that I have experienced how effective journaling is with losing weight, I cannot imagine NOT doing it!

I will continue to stay focused with journaling on this journey!

    yes when i did good at losing my weight that is what helped me the most just don't give it up and it will help keep you on track

    The food journal is so important as it is so easy to forget exactly what has been eaten in a day if one doesn't have it recorded. preparing your own food is also impotant as you know what has been used to make and can control such things as salt. emoticon
