Man, I'm tired but it feels so good!!! Love being back in the gym and doing cardio and weights. Getting a nice sweat off the cardio so far which is new for me and I'm loving it, lol.
Just working cardio for 30 or so min at a medium/high intensity and toning exercises, nothing hard or heavy right now but damn it feels AWESOME!!!!
I'm getting about 7 hours of sleep vs the 5 to 6 I was getting during school and my internship which is awesome. I'm still tired but the body is adjusting, it was a long and rewarding 21 months.
Off to bed, nighty night
