Acidity is the Reason!

For weeks I have been tracking, exercising and getting nowhere...I even gained weight. I had to push myself, bulldoze into motivation gear and plow a few days. I was lethargic and disappointed.
As a final whacker, I got to feeling woosy, nauseated and got a dull headache that lasted 4 days. (Me! Who never gets a headache!)
So I researched and found...
Although my calories and intake looked good, my choices were full of acid. Add strsss, anxiety and loss of sleep...the total effect was swelling and discomfort.
I read the lists of acidic and alkaline foods; amazing! Immediately I peeled and devoured a raw sweet potato. A few hours later I ate half cup of green beans, half cup of beets and half cup of raw grated carrot with ranch dressing. Boy! Complete turnaround! In energy, cheerful disposition and my stomach went down.
That's not the whole story: When your system is leaning toward a high percentage of acidity, you crave something in your stomach to give it relief, causing you to overeat continually. The American diet is almost entirely acidic combinations of tasty things we fill up on everyday. The drinks we consume, the high intake of meat and flour, the low amount of vegetables and fruits...
And an acidic condition sets you up for low immunity to disease of every kind.
When you get control on the acid, the appetite calms down, the energy goes up and the scales will smile back at you in numbers you'll love!
