Tracking sugary foods

I don´t eat that much chocolate or candy - but it happens. I have a very hard time to track this since I have no idea what all those "bars" listed in the nutrtion register of Sparks are - and the swedish candy is not nutrition declared so I can´t register it.
I sort of guess - I have those swedish registers online for chocolates or bonbons and I can compare them to something registered on spark people and then pick something that seems to be about the same.
Today I was registering a new breakfast group, ryebread with hummus. And then I thought that registering chocolate or candy in my own groups would sort of hint that I would eat it on a regular basis. Which I hopefully will not - have not done it so far so why should I start now when I am trying to get more healthier?
So, I will continue to guess on the nutrition of the sweets I am eating - and have the goal that the problem will not occur often...
