Green Smoothie Challenge!

Monday, May 21, 2012

I have done my homework on the juicing and have found that most people hate to throw the pulp away which contains the fiber. I would not like doing that as well. I have researched Green Smoothies that I think I would be able to do just as well as juicing and I do not have to buy a juicer because I already have a blender. I will be starting this challenge which you can get from:

The challenge is for 14 days. I will be starting this on May 28th. My husband is going out of town and I think I will do better if he is not here for my starting efforts. No cooking!!!

I am hoping this will give me a jump start to where I need to be. I am fifty and feel like what I think a seventy year plus would feel. I have migraines and my vision is distorted at time. I have a low thyroid which I do not think this will help but will help my energy level. I also deal with anxiety and depression which I am hoping this will help. It can't hurt.

This is the first challenge that I have taken that I am truly commited to. I started one other and felt like I was under someone else's decisions. Now I am making the decision and I believe I am ready.
By the grace of God go I. (From the AA Big Book).

Blessings, Tammy

Good for your Tammy. I do both, juicing and smoothies, and have never felt better. The more micronutrients we get into our bodies the better we feel, and the better our bodies can fight the stressors and toxins of modern life. Congratulations on your enlightened committment. Be sure to keep us updated. We will support you in your efforts. emoticon
