I have done everything I've set out to do. I have changed my diet. I eat hardly any bad carbs. I eat no sugar. I don't drink coffee. I've been exercising. Maybe not to the point that I could be, but from no exercise to exercising everyday is a big leap. I strength train, I do cardio. I work at a job that is high impact that in one shift I burn anywhere from 250-300 calories. I've gotten my sleep under control and have ton's of energy everyday. I don't snack mindlessly anymore. I'm active with my daughter, and I keep my house clean everyday now.
Why am I gaining weight!!!!? I have another pound added today and I just don't understand it. I don't want to be super skinny, but I do want to be in a healthy range for my body size. I want to be toned and fit. Yet these things are not happening. I'm frustrated! My husband has already lost 10lbs and I am sitting here gaining weight! What the heck!!!!!!
I guess I will keep trying. Keep moving and hopefully the scale will start moving down instead of up.
