My daily affirmation

1) I will weigh 124 a healthy range for me or a little below the healthy range.
2) will feed my body healthy foods that my body needs.
3) will love and accept myself as I am as God loves me.
4) will forgive myself for my past failures as there is no such thing as failures only to make you stronger and wiser.
5) to lose a lb or two a week seems reasonable.
6) will always try to be postive and to think postive and stop putting my self down.
7) I promise I will no longer use food for comfort and to turn to God for comfort.
8) will stop eating when I am full and not over stuff.
