I've made a deciscion!

I started sparkpeople wanting to lose 15lbs and get toned. I wanted to start eating healthy. What I didn't do was start small goals nor did I celebrate my changes. I didn't see the changes really... but now it is time to celebrate. It is time to set small goals so that I can celebrate the small changes.

Here are my small goals until June 4th:
1. Work out for 10 minutes a day with strength training
2. Lose up to 3lbs by June 4th
3. Stay away from sugar
4. Drink 8 cups of water a day

Now to celebrate the goals that I have already made! I have begun to sleep for 8 hours a night for the last week. I have not eaten meat, cheese, oil or butter for an entire week!!!! Amazing!!! I haven't missed these foods either which is even more amazing! I have said no to sweets for an entire week besides once. (I had 1 vanilla wafer). I have abounding energy! I feel amazing and I feel like I am finally reaching my full potential!

I am an amazing women, mother and wife!
I am a hard worker!
I love my family and like to give all that I can to them!
I am unselfish!
I am beautiful as I am!
