How Tracking Changed My Choices (A Day in My Life)

This morning, I am thinking about how my food choices were altered yesterday because I knew I was tracking my food. It makes such a difference! Specifically...
I had only one piece of pb&j toast for breakfast instead of two
I had 8 oz of skim milk for breakfast instead of 4 oz (skim milk makes a huge difference in my weight loss!)
I had a salad with my lunch
I had a small apple for a snack for more fiber (yep, pic is cherries - couldn't find an apple)
I had carrots with my dinner (I'm not much of a veggie person, so these changes are 'big!')
I only had 1 enchilada for dinner, instead of two
I measured out my portion of strawberries
I'm off to a good start again this morning... tracking my food and planning ahead!
Kind of kicking myself for being silly and stepping on the scale this morning.
It showed 140 which is .5 pounds above my recent high.
I'm going to try to ignore that and keep on doing what I know I need to do! I'm very sore today, so I'm undecided about my workout. I was going to do 5 days this week & that meant Wed & Sun off, so I'll probably stick to that.
