End of School and Back on track

So I've been not super active lately, actually haven't much exercise in at least a week now.
Aside from when I got sick a few weeks ago, whatever I did to make neck has been bad enough that I havent been able to do cardio, hoop, or do my bootcamp videos.
hopefully i will have time tomorrow to have my neck checked out, but im also hoping tomorrow after my organic chemistry final i will be able to do at least a little light exercise.
Still been keeping up fairly well with healthy eating habits, so that's good at least.
hopefully will be back in full force by the weekend, friday is my last final (microbiology) and by then ill be good enough to get back into my old routine.

    I sure hope you can mend soon! It's hard to stay in control without activity as well as healthy food choices. Does your neck interfer with being able to walk?? Aerobic walking is one of my main exercises. Way under rated on here in my opinion; it has all the health benefits of jogging without the punishment to our joints. Be well.
