Coming back from a bad week and moving forward.

Well last week was a complete flop for me. I was doing great when the week started, but then I had a night that I went out with the girls for a friends birthday. Which then meant the next day was a recuperate day. Friday I ended up going on date night with my boyfriend out to eat and the movies. Sat and Sunday were filled with mother's day treats and goodies and bad eating as well. I ate bad and exercised very little.
But today is Monday and I am ready to hit it hard again today. I already am back to tracking my food and drinking my water. I already have my workout clothes on, not sure what I am going to do but I will make sure I do something! I would like to loose at least 2 lbs this week so that I can finally hit the 170's!
