Coming back from a bad week and moving forward.

Monday, May 14, 2012

Well last week was a complete flop for me. I was doing great when the week started, but then I had a night that I went out with the girls for a friends birthday. Which then meant the next day was a recuperate day. Friday I ended up going on date night with my boyfriend out to eat and the movies. Sat and Sunday were filled with mother's day treats and goodies and bad eating as well. I ate bad and exercised very little.

But today is Monday and I am ready to hit it hard again today. I already am back to tracking my food and drinking my water. I already have my workout clothes on, not sure what I am going to do but I will make sure I do something! I would like to loose at least 2 lbs this week so that I can finally hit the 170's!

I'm late reading your blog for our BSG points, but I wanted to give you my support today! I have had many days and weeks like that, so you are not alone! The important thing is that we don't give up, we put the past behind us and bounce right back! That sounds like just what you are doing, so emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
    Have a wonderful week!

Your blog could have been written by me too. Between my birthday, my son's birthday and Mother's day and the warm weather, I got off track a lot last week, and the scale was up 2 pounds, However, like you, I got back on track today. emoticon Keep up the great work. emoticon emoticon

I too didn't do so great last week, but I am going strong today. It's a journey that has bumps and stumbles, it the picking up and continuing that matter. emoticon
