Well hello!! How has everyone been doing this week???
I've been ok. Still trying to find my groove. I have decided on a 6 meal a day diet 3 of the meals being a lean protein shake. I'm just kind of worried about making time every couple of hours to eat. The protein shakes will be easy its just the food part. My husband and I are going to go grocery shopping once a week and that night we will make food for the entire week. (anyone know the show with Rachael Ray where she makes a weeks worth of food in one day?) Kind of like that but with my healthy foods. So the day of I only have to reheat or cook the quick stuff. I think that will help alot. I feel out of my groove bc I didnt have a "plan" and I was getting bored and tired of chicken, chicken and chicken. LOL> So this should make it easier on us. I haven't weighed myself. I was doing that WAY to often. So I think I'm going to cut it down to weighing it only every other week or so. If I can. Maybe once a week haha. Just checking in though. Maybe I can post some pics of the day we make ALL that food in my next blog. I'm going to pre separate it in my fridge so if I need just a grab and go it will be so much more convenient. I'm feeling good today with finally SETTING these guidelines for myself. Getting REALLY serious.
Do any of you guys precook meals? What do your weekly menus look like?

OH! Something I was thinking about. Maybe instead of weighing in once a week I should take pictures once a week?? And weigh in every other. Maybe it will be easier to see change in pictures than fretting over the scale?? What do you guys think?
