Yesterday I took 2 long walks, mostly with our 28lb 3yr old on my back or shoulders so I got a pretty good cardio workout. This morning I did a full 1hr cardio/kickboxing/strength workout to my Spotify playlist :) I'm drinking my 8 glasses of water, not eating 2nd's anymore, and I cut myself off after 10pm. This isn't going to be too bad after all! Now I am off to take a shower and then have a cuppa coffee with my man (who just got back from a 10-day house hunting expedition).

And I'm feeeeelllin' goood (one of the songs on my playlist).
