...I need to get on a walk with doggy before everybody else gets up so I´ll be short.

Have to brag about my finished travel hoop with bag:

..but also have to admit that I did spend time that I maybe should have done more important things with making this just because I get obsessed and can´t stop until I am finished.

I have read Gorski about relapse prevention and realise that I am in trouble... and as the key thing is that I can´t fix it myself I get bothered because there are no groups for this in Sweden, let alone in my area as I know. I have to find another way of doing it.

But now for the woods!

And I will not eat meat today.

That is a great travel hoop and bag, you are so talented. I asked at my gym about where to buy those weighted hoops but didn't get a good answer. I'll check at a fitness store, I think they would have them.

I need to find this book by Gorski, unless it's not in English. You can do it.

I absolutely LOVE the travel hoop and bag!! WTG! You are a very creative gal!

    Now, I don't understand this:

"I have read Gorski about relapse prevention and realise that I am in trouble... and as the key thing is that I cant fix it myself I get bothered because there are no groups for this in Sweden, let alone in my area as I know. I have to find another way of doing it."

But, I have not read Gorski. Very few addicted people I know are dependent on only one thing; think about it: food, alcohol, work, caffiene, nicotine, sugar, Rx drugs, other people, etc. etc.
So "relapse" I'm not sure of your concern; physical, emotional, ?? If you are following the 12 steps, regardless of the addiction, you are not alone!
Steps 2 & 3 cover that and sponsors fill in the gaps. There are online groups for just about everything. I used to worry about becoming addicted to "meetings" and I think some people do. But, if it's making their life better and not worse an addiction can be a useful tool. It's the one's that are hurting us or others we have to focus on. Being addicted to a healthy lifestyle, for me, is a good thing. Be well.
