You are just the CUTEST thing EVER!! I love SEEING your perky self and not just reading your comments!! Breakfast looks great! I have been on an oatmeal kick since I started with SP. It is quick and easy for me and I just can't seem to get enough. But that is just me.

    You take care luv...
Oh..came in to say about veggies & freezing...When I go camping...I chop up a load of all the veggies I love to have in my omelette ( chop these quite small like cube size ) and then to freeze I use small individual bags and take some of each one I chopped and throw it into that wee bag...so that when I want an omellette or anything else you might want veggies in....I just have to take out a small bag...throw it in the pan to stir fry and away I go with whatever else...
Had that today with Vegetable Egg Creation..1/2 cup is 60 calories!
